These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Astrabyte’s services and website. By accessing our platform, placing an order, or interacting with any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
General Terms of Use
- By using this website, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the site.
- Astrabyte may use cookies to enhance user experience. Continued use of the website implies consent to our Cookie and Privacy Policies.
- You may not use our website for unlawful activities or in any way that could damage the website or its content.
Account, Content & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Astrabyte holds the intellectual property rights for all website content (text, images, manuals, graphics, etc.). Use of this content is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes unless expressly permitted.
- You must not republish, reproduce, or exploit website materials without our written permission.
- We may display third-party ads or embedded content which may collect user data per their own privacy policies.
Orders, Pricing & Payments
- By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Astrabyte holds the right to cancel any order if it finds discrepancies, suspicious activity, or payment-related concerns.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges during purchase.
- Promotional discounts, cashback, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
Delivery & Warranty
- Standard delivery time ranges from 7 to 10 business days depending on product type and location.
- Delivery charges must be paid in advance. For orders over BDT 10,000, a 15% advance is required.
- Astrabyte is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen issues.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier.
- Products under official supplier warranty will be repaired or replaced per the supplier’s terms. Warranty period and service duration are determined by the supplier (typically 7–21 business days).
- For unofficial products, Astrabyte offers a 7-day replacement warranty, subject to stock availability, in cases where the product is found to be defective or physically damaged. An unboxing video is required as proof for such claims.
- To claim warranty product invoice, box (undamaged), serial number, and warranty sticker must be intact.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims on delivery.
- Customers bear the return shipping cost; Astrabyte covers the cost for sending replacements.
Return & Refund
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of product receipt.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
- Gateway charges and cashback received during purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
Limitation of Liability
- Astrabyte is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including data loss, revenue, or third-party service failure.
- Users are responsible for the legality and safety of their own activities on the site.
Modifications & Enforcement
- Astrabyte reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action as deemed appropriate.
